By submitting a membership form, the member agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals interested in learning, developing, or showcasing artistic and creative skills.
Applicants below 18 years of age must obtain parent/guardian consent.
Membership shall become active after approval and completion of registration requirements.
2. Registration Requirements
All members must complete the official Skrach Art membership form.
Members shall provide accurate and truthful information.
Any approved registration fee, membership fee, or activity fee shall be paid as communicated by Skrach Art.
3. Rights of Members
Members shall have the right to:
- Participate in approved Skrach Art activities and programs.
- Access learning and talent development opportunities.
- Receive guidance and mentorship where applicable.
- Express ideas and suggestions respectfully.
- Participate in exhibitions, competitions, and projects where eligible.
4. Responsibilities of Members
Members shall:
- Respect leaders, instructors, fellow members, and guests.
- Attend classes, meetings, training sessions, and activities regularly where applicable.
- Follow instructions provided by leaders and instructors.
- Protect and maintain Skrach Art property and equipment.
- Promote teamwork, creativity, and discipline.
5. Code of Conduct
Members shall not:
- Use abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
- Engage in bullying, harassment, violence, or misconduct.
- Damage organizational property intentionally.
- Engage in activities that may damage the reputation of Skrach Art.
- Use Skrach Art's name, logo, or resources without authorization.
6. Attendance and Participation
- Members are encouraged to participate actively in programs and activities.
- Members unable to attend scheduled activities should communicate in advance where possible.
- Continuous absence without communication may affect participation privileges.
7. Fees and Contributions
- Members shall pay approved fees and contributions as communicated officially.
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless approved by management under special circumstances.
- Unauthorized collection of money on behalf of Skrach Art is prohibited.
8. Use of Photos, Videos, and Creative Work
Members agree that photographs, videos, artwork, projects, or performances produced during Skrach Art activities may be used for:
- Promotion and marketing
- Reports and documentation
- Social media platforms
- Exhibitions and events
- Educational purposes
Recognition of members' work may be provided where applicable.
9. Safety and Protection
- Members shall observe safety guidelines during all activities.
- Members should use materials and equipment responsibly.
- Skrach Art shall not be responsible for personal belongings lost through negligence.
10. Suspension or Termination
Skrach Art reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member:
- Violates organizational rules and regulations
- Provides false information
- Engages in misconduct
- Damages the organization's image or property
- Participates in unlawful activities
11. Amendments
Skrach Art reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions where necessary. Members shall be informed of any significant changes.
